Role Purpose: Serve as DHL’s on-site representative within a key customer’s premises, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support, strong customer experience, and effective coordination between the customer and DHL teams. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Service Excellence Act as a DHL ambassador at all times, providing professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support. Handle customer requests promptly and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Maintain strong communication with the customer, addressing inquiries related to both import and export shipments. Operational Coordination Prepare and issue AWBs directly from the customer site. Track shipments proactively and provide the customer with accurate updates throughout the process.
