حاصل علي مؤهل عالي. خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المبيعات و التوزيع. . الاجادة التامة لبرامج ميكروسوفت اوفيس. إمتلاك سيارة. المهام : تنفيذ خطة المبيعات و تقسيم المناطق الجغرافية إلى مناطق بيعية ووضع الخطط اللازمة لكل منطقة بالتنسيق مع المندوبين والسائقين، وتحديد الأهداف اللازمة وتوزيعها. إجراء اجتماعات يومية مع المندوبين والسائقين لمراجعة الخطط والأهداف والتقارير، ومناقشة أي تغييرات تتطلبها الخطط الشهرية. تنفيذ سياسات الشركة بخصوص فتح حسابات العملاء وإدارة الائتمان ومراجعة حسابات المندوبين. ضمان وجود سجلات و تقارير دقيقة وشاملة لجميع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين بالمنطقة المسؤول عنها.. متابعة وتقييم أداء المندوبين والسائقين وتحديد أي انحرافات في الأداء واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتصحيحها. القيام بزيارات دورية لكبار العملاء لبناء علاقات متميزة معهم ومراجعة أداء المندوبين. إعداد تقارير دورية للمدير المباشر تتضمن معدل المبيعات والتحصيلات والانتشار والملاحظات العامة. مسئول عن اختيار المندوبين و تدريب المندوبين الجدد على سياسات المبيعات والتحصيل وضمان استيعابهم لهذه السياسات بشكل كامل وفعال

استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم. شرح المنتجات والإجابة على استفسارات العملاء. إتمام عمليات البيع (كاش أو نظام نقاط البيع). ترتيب وتنظيم البضائع على الرفوف. متابعة المخزون وإبلاغ الإدارة بالنواقص. الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المتجر.

المهام - تنفيذ أوامر الشراء الصادرة من إدارة المشتريات. - البحث عن الموردين والتواصل معهم وفقًا للتكليفات الصادرة. - متابعة تنفيذ طلبات الشراء والتوريد حتى الاستلام. - استلام الخامات والمستلزمات وإنهاء الإجراءات اللازمة مع الجهات الخارجية. - متابعة الفواتير والمستندات الخاصة بعمليات الشراء وتسليمها للإدارة. المتطلبات - مؤهل عالٍ. - خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ المشتريات، ويفضل في الشركات الصناعية. - مهارات جيدة في التفاوض والتواصل وبناء العلاقات مع الموردين. - القدرة على العمل الميداني والمتابعة المستمرة. - الالتزام، والدقة، وتحمل مسؤولية إنجاز المهام.
