In this role, you will contribute to system design, lead backend feature delivery, and support the integration of modern AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise applications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, enabling efficient releases. AI & Advanced Capabilities Contribute to the integration of AI/ML-driven features (e.g., recommendation systems, document processing, conversational interfaces) into backend services. Work with AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., LLMs, NLP services) and integrate them into scalable backend systems. Support data pipelines and preprocessing workflows required for AI-enabled use cases. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of backend development experience, with demonstrated ownership of feature delivery. Strong proficiency in Python and Django (or similar frameworks). Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services. Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling. Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, and performance optimization. Proven ability to work in agile, fast-paced delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) or similar API frameworks. Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
