Job Purpose Ensure that there are no prohibited items with the customers or the employees by checking the bags on the entrances of LRT stations by X-ray machines. Apply a positive Safety culture within stations. Immediately alert the police, Station Master, and Control & Security Supervisor when violations or suspicious items are identified. Record all incidents and violations accurately in the X-ray logbook for documentation and tracking. Passenger Assistance & Support Assist and guide passengers when using escalators, ensuring their safety and comfort. Interact with passengers in a polite, helpful, and professional manner. Promote and apply a positive safety culture within station premises. Additional Duties & Team Support Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned by supervisors. Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible station environment.
