Sites team leader is responsible for managing and supervising all construction activities during the execution phase to ensure compliance with contract documents, design intent, project specifications, quality standards, schedule, safety requirements, and budget. The role requires close coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Reporting to EEP Regional Head of Projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily on-site interior and fit-out activities and monitor project progress. Review quantity surveying requirements and technical controls related to interior and finishing works to maintain project accuracy and standards.
