The role
You will own the functional side of large Odoo implementations, with manufacturing at the core: from discovery workshops and process design to configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. You will work directly with client management and production teams, and guide our development team on custom requirements.
What you will do
• Lead discovery workshops with production, supply chain, quality and finance teams

• Design and configure Odoo Manufacturing end-to-end:
– Multi-level BoMs, kits, by-products and variants
– Routings, work centers, operations, capacity and work orders
– Master Production Schedule, MRP scheduling, MTO/MTS and reordering rules
– Shop floor, subcontracting, unbuild and scrap
– PLM and Engineering Change Orders
• Integrate Manufacturing with Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Accounting:
– Lots and serial numbers, expiry, multi-step routes and warehouse flows
– Quality control points, checks and alerts
– Preventive and corrective maintenance
– Production costing, WIP, inventory valuation and landed costs
• Plan and run data migration for BoMs, products, stock and open orders
• Write UAT scenarios, run UAT, train key users, and lead cut-over and go-live
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilisation
Must-have requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on Odoo functional implementation experience
• At least 2 Odoo Manufacturing implementations delivered live in production as the lead functional consultant
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing costing and inventory valuation in Odoo
• Strong experience with Inventory, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance alongside Manufacturing
• Proven ability to write BRDs, functional specifications and UAT scripts
• Experience with Odoo 17, 18 or 19 Enterprise and Odoo.sh
• Valid Odoo functional certification (17, 18 or 19)
• Ability to work independently and deliver against tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with client management and end users
• Professional Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Able to travel inside and outside Egypt for on-site workshops
• Available to start immediately

• Odoo Studio and a technical understanding of Odoo (models, ORM, QWeb) to work closely with developers
• IoT, shop-floor tablets and barcode operations
• Experience leading or mentoring other consultants
What we offer
• Highly competitive compensation for the right senior profile
• Large, multi-module manufacturing implementations
• Direct work with decision-makers and a strong technical team
• Immediate start
How to apply
Apply via LinkedIn and answer all screening questions carefully.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked for their Odoo certification link and a summary of their two best manufacturing implementations: industry, Odoo version, modules, number of users, their exact role, and go-live date.
