Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. In this position, the consultant will manage a portfolio of properties and clients, conduct property viewings, and provide informed guidance on buying, selling, and renting real estate. Daily activities include generating and following up on leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers to secure favorable terms for clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize marketing strategies and client outreach. The Property Consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, ensure transparent communication, and uphold company standards in every client interaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including the ability to interpret market data and advise clients on suitable property options. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market. Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and online property platforms is beneficial. Previous experience in real estate, brokerage, or a client-facing commercial role is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly advantageous. A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, real estate, or a related field is an asset. Show more
