We are looking for a Software QA Engineer / Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality of Sanad, our AI-powered services platform.You will test our customer mobile app, service-provider app, and web platforms, working closely with developers, designers, and product teams. What You’ll Do Test mobile apps and web applications. Create and execute clear test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Test complete end-to-end user journeys. Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps. Test APIs and backend integrations. Validate UI against Figma designs. Test Arabic RTL and English LTR experiences. Test AI/chat experiences and edge cases. Verify fixes and perform regression testing before releases. Work closely with developers throughout the release cycle. What We’re Looking For Experience in Manual QA / Software Testing. Strong understanding of QA processes and software lifecycle. Experience testing mobile and web applications. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Ability to write detailed test cases and bug reports. Strong attention to UX/UI details and edge cases. Experience with Jira or similar tools. Basic understanding of databases and backend systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, implementing and optimizing back-end logic, integrating third-party services and APIs, and ensuring system performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to refine workflows for construction operations, creating technical documentation, and providing guidance on best practices. The developer will also mentor junior team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and deployment pipelines. What you'll do - Build AI features inside ERP Next, like assistants that answer from company data, document extraction, smart search, and agents that act on ERP Next, through APIs or MCP. - Own the full AI pipeline, from prompts and embeddings to vector search (RAG), tool calling, guardrails, and evaluation - Pick the right model for each job (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source) and balance cost, speed, accuracy, and privacy. - Use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot every day, and review AI-written code with a senior eye. - Turn BRDs into clean, upgrade-safe Frappe apps with DocTypes, controllers, workflows, permissions, and reports - Build the APIs that connect ERPNext with our Flutter mobile apps and other systems. - Review code and mentor the team on AI - Test your own work, find gaps, and work through our GitHub workflow and Jira.
