Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reservations & Front Office Executive role based in Giza. The role involves handling reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and timely confirmation of bookings. The executive will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and special requests. Daily tasks include managing front desk operations, maintaining reservation and occupancy records, handling payments and documentation, and resolving basic issues or complaints in a professional manner. The role also requires monitoring room availability, updating scheduling systems, and supporting overall front office efficiency while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented attitude. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out and reservation handling. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage inquiries and provide clear information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organized record-keeping. Basic proficiency with reservation or property management systems and standard office software. Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations roles is highly beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
