Role Description The Intern role at Prominds is an on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. Interns will support project teams across areas such as media production, web development, CRM/ERP implementation, IT support, and digital marketing, depending on business needs and individual skills. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with content creation, basic website maintenance, data entry and documentation, testing and troubleshooting software solutions, and supporting campaign execution. Interns will also participate in meetings, learn internal tools and workflows, and collaborate with senior team members to complete assigned tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional digital environment and help interns develop practical skills and industry exposure. Qualifications Interest in digital fields such as media production, web development, CRM/ERP, IT solutions, or digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and explore different domains. Basic technical or creative skills (e.g., familiarity with office productivity tools, simple design or editing tools, or basic web concepts) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and a positive approach to working with diverse teams. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a structured manner. Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Media, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
