Role Description As a Product Manager at Sempo, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking and payments products tailored to users across the MENA region. This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt involves gathering and prioritizing user and stakeholder requirements, defining product roadmaps, and coordinating with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features. You will analyze product performance and user behavior, lead experimentation and iteration, and ensure compliance and risk considerations are integrated into product decisions. The role also includes collaborating closely with partners, customer support, and marketing to drive adoption, improve customer experience, and support effective go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Product management skills, including roadmap definition, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization. Analytical and research abilities, with experience using data and user insights to inform product decisions. Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, design, operations, and external partners. Understanding of digital banking, payments, or fintech products; experience with crypto, stablecoins, or Web3 is a plus.
