Role Description The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Smart Village, responsible for managing and optimizing Midas Furniture’s presence across online marketplaces. Daily tasks include listing and updating product information, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring consistent branding and content across platforms. The role involves tracking marketplace performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction. The specialist will coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to align online promotions, manage orders, and resolve marketplace-related issues. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong focus on operational efficiency in e-commerce channels are essential .QualificationsCandidates should possess strong E-Commerce knowledge and hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and product listings. Candidates should possess solid Sales and customer-focused skills to drive revenue and support promotional campaigns. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive buyer experiences. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
