📢 We’re Hiring | GIS & FTTH Planning Specialist 📍 Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Company: H-Touch 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role H-Touch is looking for a GIS & FTTH Planning Specialist to support our fiber optic projects through GIS mapping, AutoCAD drawings, network planning support, and As-Built documentation. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and update GIS maps for FTTH and fiber optic networks. • Prepare and update As-Built drawings based on actual site execution. • Review field data, cable lengths, quantities, and network component locations. • Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD. • Coordinate with surveying teams and review survey data. • Support FTTH network route planning and update related technical data. • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare supporting documents for project measurements and payment applications. • Prepare project progress and quantity reports. • Conduct site visits when required. Requirements • 1–3 years of relevant experience. • Practical proficiency in at least one GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS. • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD. • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • A degree in Geography, GIS, Surveying, or a related field is preferred. • Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and willingness to conduct site visits. Additional Advantages • Experience in FTTH, Fiber Optics, or Telecommunications projects. • Experience in As-Built drawings, quantity surveying, or land surveying. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo. • Ability to use AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and work efficiency.
