Role Purpose The Academic Supervisor oversees a team of teachers, driving instructional excellence, curriculum adherence, and continuous professional development. Grounded in Empathy and Proactivity, this role acts as a mentor and operational anchor, ensuring an outstanding educational experience while upholding high standards of academic integrity. Key Responsibilities: ·Teacher Evaluation: Observe, evaluate, and coach teachers across regular schedules using standardized rubric audits. ·Lesson Planning Support: Review and approve lesson plans, supporting effective resource utilization and digital tool integration. ·Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve complex academic escalations from students or parents in coordination with the CX team. ·Mentorship & Development: Deliver structured feedback and individualized development plans to boost teacher retention and engagement. ·Learning Outcomes: Collaborate with track management to track, analyze, and report on student learning outcomes.
