Job Description The Operational Excellence Section Head is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sadat City, responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. This role oversees the identification, analysis, and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements, using structured methodologies to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance performance. Responsibilities The Operational Excellence Section Head is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sadat City, responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. This role oversees the identification, analysis, and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements, using structured methodologies to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance performance. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in industrial / production engineering. Green belt Lean Manufacturing / six sigma level courses is recommended Experience 5-7 years of Experience in industrial Engineering / continuous improvement Experience of Lean / Process improvement, cost saving and Six Sigma tools (Green Belt level is a plus) Hands-on with problem-solving methodologies Passionate about process improvement Languages English Technical Skills Lean and Six Sigma / operational excellence methodologies. Job Description Commercial Duties Issue technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates. Manage and coordinate the sales queue according to sales team instructions and customer RFQs. Follow up on open orders until delivery and invoice issuance. Respond timely and accurately to customer requests for information and pricing. Maintain inquiry/order log sheets. Prepare Win/Loss reports for each account.
