Job Description
Commercial Duties
Issue technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates.
Manage and coordinate the sales queue according to sales team instructions and customer RFQs.
Follow up on open orders until delivery and invoice issuance.
Respond timely and accurately to customer requests for information and pricing.
Maintain inquiry/order log sheets.
Prepare Win/Loss reports for each account.
Maintain gross margins agreed with Sales Account Managers.
Immediately report any losses incurred after order placement.
Technical Duties
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products.
Assist Sales Team with product enhancement knowledge.
Provide an escalation route for initial technical/design issues, liaising with manufacturers for swift resolution.
Respond to customers with technical clarifications as needed.
Reporting & Follow-Up
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Attend sales team meetings and share best practices.
Follow up with Logistics and Finance Departments on documents related to issued orders.
Decision-Making Responsibilities
Quote/decline based on AIG strengths/weaknesses (with Sales Account Manager).
Determine gross profit margins.
Ensure technical submittals comply with customer RFQs.
Set commercial terms based on AIG history with each customer.
Decide on delivery logistics and related costs.
Qualifications
Degree: Engineering Degree, Bachelor of Science
Major/Field of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
Experience: 3–5+ years in presales, tendering, or project management
Experience in the oil & gas sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, proactive, and persuasive personality.
Strong command of English, computer applications, and basic mathematics/statistics.

What you will need:
Hands-on C/C++ (C++14 minimum) - proven experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems: packet processing, real-time protocol state machines, or embedded network applications.
Python scripting for tooling, test automation, and operational scripts.
Strong mastery of memory management, lock-free data structures, CPU cache optimization, and production profiling tools (perf, valgrind, sanitizers) - applies to the C++ core.
Experience with CMake build systems and Conan package management.
Experience running and debugging C++ services inside Docker containers.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Atlassian Bamboo (plan specs, agent management, build pipelines), Docker multi-stage image builds, and image registries (Artifactory).
Infrastructure-as-code experience with Ansible (roles, playbooks, collections) and/or Terraform, including automating RHEL VM provisioning and cluster bootstrapping.
Hands-on experience with Napatech (or comparable SmartNIC) packet capture hardware — capture card APIs and driver-level tuning for line-rate capture.
Unit and integration testing for microservices and infrastructure-as-code, including contract testing for service boundaries.
Ability to translate technical specifications and requirements documents into robust, production-ready implementations.
