Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer with 6–8 years of experience in Java development, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, along with experience leading development teams and implementing software engineering best practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Develop and manage enterprise application integrations, including SOAP-based services and custom SOAP messages. Lead and support development teams, ensuring code quality and adherence to technical standards. Write clean, testable, and production-ready code while applying design patterns and code refactoring techniques. Implement and support continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing practices. Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Work with enterprise integration platforms and tools to ensure reliable communication between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements 6–8 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in Java. Solid knowledge of J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and enterprise application integration. Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); IBM DataPower experience is a plus. Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting SOAP services. Previous experience leading and managing development teams. Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenShift. Experience with Postman, SOAP UI, Oracle SQL Developer, IntelliJ IDEA, and Gradle. Familiarity with Redis Server and Firebase. Knowledge of ELK Stack and Logstash is a plus. Distribute workload in the department to ensure due dates are met and manage day-to-day activities through KPIs. Experience: 12 years of experience in rotating equipment industry with solid knowledge in centrifugal pump application engineering (design principle, hydraulics, materials, sealing systems, drivers and other auxiliaries) with at least 5 years in managerial role with team leadership responsibilities such as recruiting, mentoring, training and KPIs management..etc. Comprehensive understanding of tendering process and proven record of handling technical complex/high value tenders for EPCs, OEMs, or major EUs. Mastering related industrial standards, such as API610, API682, ISO 5199, ANSI B73…etc. Solid experience in major EMEA regional EPCs and End Users specifications such as Shell, Aramco, ADNOC, Saipem, Technip, Tecnicas Reunidas, ENPPI…etc. Strong commercial acumen, including bid strategy, risk review and negotiation support. Demonstrated success in building customer relationships at senior levels. Skills/Knowledge: Fluent in English (other language plus) Team Oriented Strong PC Skills with Windows and Office Programs Self -Starter Ability to establish relationships with Customer base Excellent Communication and Timing Skills.
