All Positions Sales Cairo, Egypt Full-timeOpenNew Sales Executive About The Role The Sales Executive turns customer operating needs into qualified CashPrime opportunities. You will learn the full portfolio, prospect across priority industries, run disciplined discovery, coordinate demonstrations and technical scoping, maintain a reliable CRM pipeline, and carry each opportunity through proposal, negotiation, order, and a complete handover to delivery and service teams. Reports to: Commercial Director What You'll Do Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across banks, CIT companies, retail, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, government, and other target sectors Sell CashPrime’s complete portfolio: cash counters and sorters, deposit and recycling systems, self-service terminals, ATM security, printing and scanning, logistics automation, lockers and vending, ARKASH software, managed service, and consulting Run structured discovery covering workflow, volume, media or currency, integration, security, service coverage, acceptance criteria, budget, authority, and decision timing Translate needs into the right next step, including site surveys, product demonstrations, trials, technical workshops, and solution or ROI proposals Coordinate engineers, product specialists, operations, finance, suppliers, and management to create accurate technical and commercial submissions Own CRM data quality, next actions, probability, value, stakeholder map, competition, forecast, and close plan for every opportunity Prepare quotations, tenders, presentations, proposals, contracts, and order handovers in line with approved pricing and commercial policy Maintain customer relationships after sale, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure delivery and service teams receive a complete commitment record Track activity, pipeline coverage, conversion, cycle time, margin, forecast accuracy, and revenue against agreed targets What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline 2-5 years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or technical-commercial experience Evidence of prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, CRM discipline, and target ownership Ability to learn technical products and explain practical value without overstating capabilities Strong presentation, writing, follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and commercial judgement Professional Arabic and English and willingness to visit customer sites across Egypt Nice to Have Experience selling banking, cash management, self-service, retail, logistics, printing, automation, software, or managed-service solutions Familiarity with tenders, enterprise procurement, channel partners, or manufacturer coordination Experience with Odoo CRM or another structured CRM and forecasting process Existing relationships in one or more CashPrime target industries What We Offer Structured product, solution, industry, CRM, and commercial onboarding Access to engineering and product specialists for credible customer discovery and demonstrations A broad portfolio that supports consultative selling across multiple industries Clear activity, pipeline, revenue, quality, and customer-handover objectives Compensation, commission, and benefits aligned with experience and company policy About CashPrime CashPrime connects cash-handling hardware, ARKASH, implementation, and lifecycle service for banks, CIT operators, and retailers across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
