Description
We’re seeking a Channel Team Lead to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.
Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities Will Include
Lead and manage daily ICQA activities including cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
Monitor and report key metrics (e.g., accuracy, defects, adjustments)
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards
Own training plans for new hires and existing associates.
Track and improve training completion, effectiveness, and knowledge retention
Basic Qualifications
Experience managing teams
Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics
Experience with data analysis

3. Resource Management
Maintain an updated vendor database.
Allocate suitable vendors based on project requirements, expertise, and availability.
4. Contract & Cost Management
Negotiate vendor rates and contractual terms.
Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
5. Project Coordination
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure efficient vendor allocation and project delivery.
Resolve vendor-related issues and resource delays.
6. Quality & Process Improvement
Monitor vendor quality and compliance with company standards.
Improve vendor management workflows and operational efficiency.
7. Market Research & Development
Monitor market trends and expand the vendor network to meet business needs.
8. Team Collaboration

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance, costs, and risks.
Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and reliable partners.
Proficiency in Communication to manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of Contract Management to oversee agreements, compliance, and renewals.
Prior experience in vendor or supplier management, ideally within language services or professional services.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with the Middle East market and cultural context is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort using productivity tools and vendor management or procurement systems.
