Engineering Manager - US Hours - Fluent in English

Engineering Manager – Backend | Fully Remote Fluent English is a MUST. Strong production-level experience in both Python and Java (Spring Boot) is mandatory. Proven experience managing backend engineering teams, ideally 8–12+ engineers. Strong expertise in system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scalable backend systems. Hands-on technical leadership, including architecture decisions and code reviews. Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus. Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, or HR tech is preferred.
