Quality Control Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Quality Control activities across stores, distribution centers (DCs), and laboratory testing. Develop and implement inspection plans, sampling programs, and quality monitoring activities. Coordinate product testing with accredited laboratories and review test results to ensure compliance. Investigate quality and food safety complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct quality audits, identify non-conformities, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. Ensure full compliance with Food Safety Authority (NFSA) requirements, registrations, inspections, and licensing. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 22000 and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements. Coordinate quality documentation, risk assessments, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and analyze quality trends to drive operational excellence. Deliver quality and food safety awareness and training programs across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance. Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and ISO 22000. Familiarity with NFSA regulations and food safety compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Fluent in English. Show more
