📢 We’re Hiring: Collection Officer Capital C NC | Import & Distribution of Industrial Machinery Capital C NC specializes in the import and distribution of industrial machinery, spare parts, and consumables. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Collection Officer to join our Finance Department. 📋 Key Responsibilities: * Manage and follow up on the assigned customer portfolio and outstanding balances through the company’s system.* Contact customers by phone to follow up on payment due dates, overdue balances, and payment commitments.* Conduct field visits when necessary, particularly for overdue or delinquent accounts.* Handle collection difficulties, monitor delinquent accounts, and escalate cases requiring further attention to the direct manager.* Coordin ate with the Finance, Sales, and other relevant departments to resolve issues affecting the collection process.* Maintai n accurate and up-to-date collection records and follow-up activities in the company’s system.* Maintai n strict confidentiality of company and customer data, financial information, and all related records. ✅ Requirements: * Bachel o r’s degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.* Previou s experience in collections,or customer service; collection experience is an advantage.* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.* High at tention to detail, accuracy, commitment, and the ability to work toward collection targets.* Profess ional approach when dealing with overdue accounts and handling sensitive financial matters.* Willing ness to conduct field visits when required. 📍 Location: Smart Village – Ark Business Building 🕙 Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p> 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to marwa@capital-cnc.net #Hiring # CollectionOfficer #Collections #FinanceJobs #Accounting #Cairo #CapitalCNC Show more
