JOB DETAILS About EEBMS: As the lifecycle owner of major projects, PMCM provides end-to-end project and construction management services, ensuring effective coordination between clients, contractors, and stakeholders. From planning and design management through execution and handover, we deliver certainty, control, and results. Job Title: Engineering Manager. Sector/Business Line: EEBMS. Scope: Engineering Services. Department: Engineering. Accountabilities: Establish and maintain the design review, technical query and interdisciplinary coordination process for PMCM. Plan and prioritize reviews of drawings, calculations, specifications, material submittals and contractor design deliverables. Coordinate technical reviews across civil, architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines and resolve interface gaps. Confirm technical recommendations address contract requirements, codes, constructability, maintainability and approved design intent. Monitor design deliverable status and escalate overdue information or decisions affecting construction progress. Control technical changes and ensure approved revisions are communicated to document control, site supervision and commercial teams. Support testing, commissioning, as-built review and technical closeout of design-related obligations. Comply with the project HSE plan, applicable legal requirements and PMCM HSE procedures. Stop, report and escalate unsafe conditions or activities in accordance with delegated authority and project procedures. Participate in risk assessments, inspections, incident learning and corrective-action follow-up relevant to the role. Promote safe behavior, environmental protection and proper housekeeping in all supervised or reviewed activities. Direct Manager: Project Director / PMCM Director. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience on comparable construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in a PMCM/PMC or consultant-side role on multidisciplinary projects of comparable scale and complexity. Relevant professional registration or certification where required by applicable law or Client requirements. Postgraduate qualification in construction, project management or the relevant specialty is an advantage. Strong technical writing, meeting and formal-correspondence capability in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant discipline-specific engineering, review or reporting applications.
