We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, establish effective financial processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, monthly closing, and management reports. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable laws. Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning support. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team. Improve accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Accounting, with relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Egyptian regulations. Experience with financial statements, month-end closing, and internal controls. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
