Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor (AI–LLM Integration / .NET) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role oversees a team of application developers focused on designing, building, and maintaining .NET-based solutions that integrate AI and large language models into Xceed’s operational and customer-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding solution architecture, reviewing technical designs, ensuring secure and scalable integration of AI services, and supervising development, testing, and deployment activities. The supervisor collaborates closely with product owners, operations, and IT infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors or external partners when needed, and continuously evaluating emerging AI and .NET technologies to enhance Xceed’s digital. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 4+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership role. * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. * Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. * Good knowledge of React or Angular. * Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. * Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. * Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English.
