Role Description The Senior Outgoing Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and related services for clients traveling abroad. The consultant will handle client inquiries, provide destination advice, prepare and customize travel itineraries, and ensure bookings are completed accurately and on time. Daily tasks include liaising with airlines, hotels, and global tour operators, preparing cost proposals, processing reservations and payments, and resolving any travel-related issues. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and promotional offers, while delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service. Qualifications Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing. Experience in international travel planning, including ticketing, hotel reservations, package tours, and itinerary design for outgoing tourism. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when handling multiple bookings and deadlines.
