This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply. Key Responsibilities: Support the establishment, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across departments and projects. Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and developing or updating procedures, policies, and process documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders including PMO, SOP, and Digitalization teams to support process improvement and business transformation initiatives. Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation in compliance with organizational standards and ISO requirements. Participate in process re-engineering activities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support the development of measurable process indicators and performance metrics to facilitate monitoring and continuous improvement. Conduct internal quality audits and contribute to the preparation and execution of the annual internal audit plan. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting quality issues, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement. Collect and evaluate lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Support quality awareness programs, internal training sessions, and onboarding activities related to quality management. Assist in developing project-specific Quality Management Systems and Quality Plans in alignment with project requirements and international standards. Ensure assigned tasks are completed with high technical quality and within agreed timelines. Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or a related field. Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality assurance principles. Personal Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Technical Skills: echnical procedure writing, process mapping, documentation management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and quality auditing fundamentals. Show more
