About the Role As a Travel Consultant at Blue Sky Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring every customer receives professional support and a smooth travel experience. Job Responsibilities: * Provide customers with accurate and timely information through direct interaction, phone, or email. * Handle reservations efficiently while adhering to ticketing time limits and policies. * Manage customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in tickets issuance, reissue and refund, with a strong background in both domestic and international travel arrangements. * Amadeus proficiency is a must. * Proficiency in English (written and comprehension). Working Conditions: • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Days off: Friday and Saturday.
