Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

What you’ll do Install and commission new machines: wiring power and control cables, connecting to distribution panels, and testing before handover to production Connect equipment to utilities, including chillers (water/glycol lines), compressed air, water supply, and drainage Carry out preventive maintenance and fix breakdowns on production equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, chillers, depositors, packaging machines, etc.) Diagnose electrical faults in motors, contactors, inverters/VFDs, sensors, and basic PLC-controlled systems Keep simple records of installations, repairs, and spare parts Follow food safety and hygiene rules when working in production areas Follow safe isolation procedures before working on any machine What we’re looking for Industrial technical diploma or institute degree in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering At least [3] years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food, bakery, beverage, or pharmaceutical plant Proven experience installing and wiring new machines, not only repairing existing ones Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals (basic English is a plus, since many manuals aren’t in Arabic) Experience with piping and connecting chillers or cooling systems Familiarity with VFDs and basic PLC troubleshooting is a strong plus Refrigeration experience is a plus Willingness to respond to breakdowns outside normal hours when needed What we offer Social and medical insurance, transportation & meals, and the chance to build a maintenance function in a growing facility.
