Role Description The Application Development Supervisor (.Net-AI/LLM - Angular) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using .NET and Angular, with a focus on integrating AI and LLM-based features into enterprise solutions. The supervisor leads a development team, assigns tasks, reviews code, and ensures adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements, managing project timelines and deliverables, and coordinating with IT operations to support deployment and production stability. The role also involves mentoring team members, promoting continuous learning in modern AI/LLM technologies, and contributing to architectural decisions that align with Xceed’s strategic objectives. Requirements:- Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. - Good knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English Show more
