🚀 We Are Hiring: Packaging / Carton Production Engineer Company: Sanipure Sanitaryware Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt Sanipure, a leading manufacturer of premium sanitary ware (bathtubs, toilet suites, and washbasins), is seeking an experienced and dedicated Packaging / Carton Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our carton manufacturing and packaging lines. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations on the carton manufacturing, box making, and product packaging lines. Ensure all packaging materials meet technical standards to ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of sanitary ware products. Minimize material waste, enhance machine utilization, and adhere strictly to daily production targets. Lead, train, and guide shop-floor operators and line technicians across shifts. 🎯 Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). 3–5 years of proven experience in carton manufacturing, corrugated packaging, or high-volume industrial packaging lines. Clear military service status (Completed / Final Exemption). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and shift management abilities. Flexibility to work in rotating shift systems. ⏱️ Working Conditions & Shift Details: Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift. Working Pattern: Rotating shifts based on the production schedule.
