Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications that support Xceed’s BPO operations. This role oversees a team of developers, sets development standards, assigns tasks, reviews code, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality .NET-based solutions and AI LLM integrations. The supervisor collaborates with product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, integrate applications with internal and external systems, and manage database interactions and performance. Daily activities include hands-on programming, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing existing applications, documenting technical solutions, and mentoring team members to grow their skills and follow best practices. The role also involves staying current with .NET, AI, and security trends, contributing to architectural decisions, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and API development. Proficiency in working with Databases, including design, optimization, and querying (e.g., SQL Server, relational databases). Experience with web technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end standards for UI implementation and maintenance.
