Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth plans. Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business performance and informed decision-making. Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, cost control, and financial performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, financial policies, and internal control procedures. Lead working capital management, financial risk assessment, and cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business planning, investment decisions, and sustainable growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus. 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Proven experience in cost control, working capital management, financial analysis, and internal controls. Good knowledge of applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Must-Have Requirements: Relevant experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries is mandatory. Strong financial management and accounting background. Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in cost control, working capital management, and financial performance analysis.
