Job Description Develop and execute the company's financial strategy. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management. Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financing activities. Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities. Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee financial feasibility studies. Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
