📢 WE ARE HIRING | Agency Manager MISR EMIRATES LIFE TAKAFUL – SALAMA We are looking for experienced and results-driven Agency Managers to join our growing team! 📍 Available Locations: Alexandria | Cairo | Tanta | Assiut | Minya 💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Lead, manage, and develop agency sales teams to achieve business targets. ▪️ Drive sales growth and expand the Takaful life insurance customer base. ▪️ Recruit, train, coach, and motivate insurance agents. ▪️ Monitor team performance and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. ▪️ Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. ▪️ Prepare performance reports and implement effective sales strategies. ✅ Requirements: ▪️ Previous experience in the insurance industry is MANDATORY. ▪️ Proven experience in insurance sales, agency management, or sales team leadership. ▪️ Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills. ▪️ A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance. ▪️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. ▪️ Knowledge of Takaful insurance is an advantage. ⚠️ Important: Candidates without previous experience in the insurance industry will not be considered. 📩 Interested candidates: Please send your updated CV and mention your preferred work location.
