Overview We are seeking a motivated Accountant with 2–4 years of solid accounting experience who is eager to expand their career into ERP Consulting. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your financial expertise with technology, supporting businesses in implementing and optimizing ERP systems. Duties & Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Participate in ERP implementation projects, from setup to go-live. • Map accounting processes into ERP modules and suggest workflow improvements. • Provide support and training to end-users on ERP financial modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant (payroll, A/P, A/R, GL, reporting). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards. • Interest in ERP systems (previous ERP exposure is a plus). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
