Senior Warehouse Inbound / Outbound Lead (Factory Operations) Senior Warehouse Inbound / Outbound Lead with 10+ years of logistics experience to take total operational ownership of our factory warehouse ecosystems. to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of four distinct inventory streams: Raw Materials (specifically high-value copper cathodes), Finished Goods, Spare Parts (MRO), and Packing Materials. Responsible for scaling inventory accuracy to 99.9%, eliminating dock bottlenecks, enforcing strict safety regulations, and managing carrier relationships to ensure seamless production feeding and customer distribution. Key Responsibilities Multi-Warehouse Inventory & Inbound Logistics Raw Material Handling (Copper Cathodes): Oversee the intake of all bulk copper cathode shipments. Audit and cross-reference industrial scale weights against Bills of Lading (BOL) and LME/refinery certificates, immediately resolving high-value discrepancies. Spare Parts & MRO Management: Optimize the storage, cataloguing, and quick-retrieval systems for mechanical/electrical spare parts to minimize plant downtime during maintenance. Packing & Finished Goods Control: Direct the accurate receipt of packaging materials and the secure staging/storage of finished products coming off the production line. Inventory Architecture & Auditing: Design and lead rigorous daily cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits across all four warehouse segments to guarantee zero shrinkage across high-theft metal storage zones. Outbound Operations & Production Kitting Precision Furnace Kitting: Oversee the flawless calculation, weighing, and staging of massive daily tonnages of copper cathodes to feed production lines according to strict manufacturing batch recipes. Distribution & Shipping Compliance: Direct daily LTL/FTL carrier schedules, manage dispatching allocation, and ensure rapid loading cycles of finished goods. Generate, audit, and authorize all outbound shipping manifests, ensuring legal axle-weight distribution and rigging requirements are met. Experience & Education 10+ years of experience in warehouse logistics, raw material weighing, and multi-category inventory control. Must have a proven track record working within a heavy manufacturing, metallurgy, foundry, wire/cable, or heavy industrial plant. At least 5+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity directly overseeing material handlers and inventory clerks. Extensive experience handling copper cathodes or high-value bulk metal commodities is required. Technical & Equipment Skills WMS/ERP Expert: Advanced mastery of enterprise logistics and materials management modules (e.g., SAP MM/WM, Oracle). Industrial Weighing Systems: Deep knowledge of operating and verifying calibration parameters for heavy-capacity truck, floor, and crane scales. Heavy Equipment Mastery: Active certification and expert-level operation of high-capacity forklifts (sit-down/clamp trucks) and overhead cranes. Logistics Math: Flawless computational speed converting between metric tons, kilograms, pounds, net weights, and gross weights. Compliance & Leadership Standards Champion a zero-incident safety culture by strictly enforcing safety policies, proper heavy-material stacking safety, and PPE compliance.
