Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, coordinating with business and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The role also involves participating in system upgrades, testing new features, documenting processes, and supporting incident and problem management. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors is essential to maintain service quality and support ongoing improvements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of card management systems, including card issuance, transaction processing, and lifecycle management. Experience with core banking systems, payment networks, and integration between card platforms and other banking applications. Understanding of information security principles, data protection, and regulatory requirements related to card operations. Ability to analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective technical solutions. Proficiency in database concepts, basic SQL, and familiarity with system logs and monitoring tools.
