Responsibilities End to end recruitment strategy across corporate, operational, and branch hiring, for a network of 500 plus branches and around 7,000 employees A talent acquisition team of about 12 people, including a Talent Acquisition Manager and dedicated pharma and non-pharma hiring teams Employer branding, university relations, and our graduate development and internship programs Relationships with external recruitment partners and headhunters for senior and specialist searches Qualifications 10 plus years in talent acquisition, including five years leading a TA function or large recruitment team Experience across both high volume operational hiring and senior corporate search A builder's mindset: someone who has stood up employer branding or early careers programs before, not just run an existing one Fluent Arabic and English Show more
