Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of K Group for Real Estate Development. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support real estate projects and corporate strategy. Daily responsibilities include supervising the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. The CFO will monitor cash flow, capital requirements, and investment performance, while advising senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities. The role also involves leading the finance team, optimizing internal controls and financial processes, supporting project feasibility studies, and collaborating with banks, auditors, and external partners. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, including corporate finance principles and capital management. Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting to support project pipelines and organizational growth. Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with applicable accounting standards. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess project viability, and support strategic decision-making. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in real estate development or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage. Knowledge of local tax, regulatory, and financial frameworks relevant to the Egyptian real estate market. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex financial information clearly. Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to sound financial governance. Show more
