Role Description The Sales Packaging Lines Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role focuses on selling and supporting packaging line solutions to industrial clients, including conducting technical assessments, preparing proposals, and recommending suitable equipment configurations. The engineer collaborates with customers to understand production requirements, designs optimal packaging line layouts, and coordinates with internal technical and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support during pre- and post-sales phases, troubleshooting packaging line issues, performing site visits, and delivering product demonstrations and training. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to market feedback for continuous improvement of Nama’s offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong technical skills in transmission and packaging lines, including understanding of industrial machinery and production processes. Candidates should possess experience in technical support and troubleshooting to resolve equipment and system issues efficiently. Candidates should possess excellent communication and networking skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in industrial packaging lines, machinery sales, or automation projects is highly beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with willingness to travel for client visits and site support as needed. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is advantageous.
