This position requires previous call center or customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner. Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues. Escalate and follow up on complex cases to ensure complete resolution. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Call center or customer service experience is required. English proficiency at B1+ level or above. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
