BI Reporting Developer

Department: Factories. Location: Egypt (Cairo). We are looking for an intellectually curious Senior Power BI Developer with significant technical skills in Power BI and business acumen to join our team in Coca-Cola Hellenic Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) and be part of the BI Reporting team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy, design and development of our Enterprise and Operational Reporting, providing insights and supporting decision making for end users. The role involves significant collaboration with business and IT teams, opportunity to integrate & transform data from various data systems into structures that are suitable for building analytical solutions, connecting certified and validated data sources to Power BI front-end visualizations and creating a single source of truth for reporting in Coca-Cola Hellenic. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide deep insights and support strategic decision-making. • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data. • Lead BI projects from concept to completion, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to ensure BI solutions meet business needs. • Monitor and maintain the performance of BI solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. • Utilize advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and data models. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior BI developers and analysts. • Ensure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or a related field (or an equivalent of 5 years of practical experience in a technical domain). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI/Qlik or Tableau. • Experienced with data visualization principles, measure/KBI-creation & best principles in semantic modeling (especially star schema creation). • Strong experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations in Power BI or similar tools is a must. • Minimum 5 years of practical experience with large data analytics languages like SQL/TSQL/MSQL. • Proven practical experience in implementing/organizing the implementation of technical products with business/none-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills are a must for the role. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Good proficiency in English as a day-to-day business language is a must. Qualifications considered as a plus: • First proven leadership capabilities towards junior employees and a proactive approach to project management. • Basic programming knowledge in any high-level programming language (C++/C#/Java/Python/R). • Knowledge of Power Query for data preparation and transformation. • Previous work experience in a data-related role especially within the financial and commercial domain. Department: DTPS Factories Platform Location: Egypt, Bulgaria or Greece We are seeking a Senior ABAP Developer Full Stack to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing ABAP-based solutions that align with our organization's needs. The Senior ABAP Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, project managers, and enterprise architects, to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, efficient, and reliable. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Technical Development: o Develop, modify, and enhance custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF). o Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets organizational and SAP best practices. o Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing SAP modules. • Problem Solving and Debugging: o Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within SAP systems, including debugging existing programs and performing root cause analysis for system errors or inefficiencies. o Provide timely and effective support to resolve user-reported issues and implement enhancements as needed. • Documentation and Testing: o Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments, ensuring that coding standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices are consistently followed. o Participate in and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developments meet the specified requirements and are free from defects. • Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals, to deliver projects on time and within scope. o Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies, including S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Fiori. o Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing SAP solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. • Project Management Support: o Contribute to project planning activities by providing accurate estimates of development efforts and timelines. o Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports. • Ensure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • University Degree in IT. • 8+ years of IT Experience in the development of customer systems across multiple technology domains. • Proven knowledge in writing, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code (5+ years) • Excellent knowledge in forms (adobe forms, smart forms, sap script) • Excellent knowledge in ABAP workbench tools, workflows, OO-ABAP • Very good knowledge in Webservices (SOAP and REST) • Proven knowledge in SAP Fiori/UI5(CDS, JavaScript, AMDP, WebIDE, SAP BTP, BAS) • Excellent knowledge of functional SAP modules (e.g. SD/MM/HR/FI/CO) is a plus. • Very good knowledge in developing ODATA. • Very good knowledge with SAP Change and Release Management (ChaRM) functionality is a plus. • Experience with ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) is a plus. • Experience/knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum is beneficial. • Experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, SNOW is a plus. • Strong quality-based ethic including deployment practices. • Ability to analyze and critically assess problems. • Ability to see the big picture as well as paying attention to the smallest detail. • Desired experience of IT services in complex multinational environments • Holder of relevant certifications for Fiori, BTP, ABAP on Cloud, is a plus. • Good understanding of mission critical architectures, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing • Experience in migrating large size systems to cloud [e.g. CRM, ERP, BW] • Experience in Azure Cloud is a major advantage. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Communication and organizational skills ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM: We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
