Odds People is hiring on behalf of a client, a leading industrial group seeking an experienced OD Section Head to support its HR transformation journey across multiple business units. If you bring strong OD expertise and the ability to turn business priorities into effective people frameworks, this opportunity is for you. YOUR IMPACT ▪️ Organization Design & Job Architecture: Lead structure optimization, job evaluation, grading, and position architecture .▪️ Performance & Competencies: Develop KPI frameworks, performance management systems, and competency model s.▪️ Workforce & Talent Planning: Drive manpower planning, workforce analytics, succession planning, and recruitment planni ng.▪️ HR Governance: Strengthen policies, procedures, and organizational governa nce.▪️ Learning & Development: Oversee the full training cycle and evaluate its effective ness.▪️ HR Analytics & Digital Enablement: Support data-driven decisions through SAP HR, advanced Excel, Power BI, a nd AI.▪️ Employee Experience & Employer Branding: Support engagement, internal communication, culture, and talent attr a ction. WHAT YO U BRING ✔️ 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or superviso ry role.✔️ Proven expertise in OD, Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, and Performance Ma nagement.✔️ A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a rela ted field.✔️ Strong analytical and project management skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and practical exposure to SAP HR, Power BI, and AI.✔️ Excellent Arabic and English communication, executive reporting, and presenta t ion skills. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-business organizations is preferred. Familiarity with Mercer IPE or Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation methodologies, as well as postgraduate qualifications or professional HR certifications , is a plus. WH Y THIS ROLE?
