Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
