About the Role To lead the provision of marketing the Company services including:- Undertake business development activities by researching, developing and delivering marketing strategies, planning and implementing sales activities. To ensure the Company website is effective in terms of marketing opportunities, serving the needs of our clients and potential sales activity. To work with the Directors in ensuring an efficient production of the company Newsletter. Responsibilities Preparing proposals, quotations, sales orders, and invoices. Process sales quotes. Enter and coordinate sales orders. Conduct research to analyse client needs and requirements (e.g. local/national trends and preferences). Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans. Undertaking successful marketing and sales campaigns. Set up tracking and evaluation systems for marketing activities. Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients. Organise promotional activities for new products/services. Prepare monthly reports for the Directors by collecting and analysing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts. To assist in the production of the client newsletter. Review and manage the Company website. Review and co-ordinate the Company promotional material. Such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting Alpha Pack’s corrugated carton solutions, identifying new business opportunities. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October, requiring close collaboration with production, logistics, and management to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets. Relevant experience in B2B sales, packaging, or industrial products is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and use basic office. Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
