Job Title: Business Growth & Strategy Associate * Salary: EGP 12,000–15,000/month, depending on skills and experience. * Employment Type: Full-Time. * Location: Cairo, Egypt. * Experience: Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience. Job Overview: The candidate will work directly with the Founder on market research, competitor analysis, identifying growth and expansion opportunities, and developing business strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. * Research growth and expansion strategies. * Prepare business plans and basic feasibility studies. * Analyze costs, revenue potential, and business opportunities. * Turn ideas into actionable plans and help track their results. Requirements: * Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. * A good business mindset and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent research and information-gathering skills. * Good English and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Ambitious, curious, proactive, and eager to learn. * Strong potential to grow professionally and take on more responsibility over time.
