Sales Representative

Location: AUC Greek campus, Tahrir Working Days: Part-time, 3 days per week Working Hours: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Compensation: Attractive salary plus performance-based sales incentives About the Role Goldady is looking for a motivated Sales Representative with experience , investment products, financial services, or a related field. You will introduce customers to Goldady’s products and services, follow up on sales opportunities, and support customers throughout their purchasing journey. Key Responsibilities Present Goldady’s products and services to potential customers over the phone and in the office. Understand customer needs and explain product features, fees, and purchasing procedures clearly and accurately. Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and convert interest into sales. Guide customers through account registration, application use, and their first purchase. Handle objections professionally and negotiate within approved offers and company policies. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Achieve agreed sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and results. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records. Requirements Previous experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales. A customer-focused approach and the ability to build trust. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to team targets. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
