Team: Group Rewards, Digital Hub Contract: Permanent We are looking for a Rewards Lead who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs that are data-driven, market-aligned, and operationally sound - ensuring our Digital Hub Cairo's total rewards offerings support talent decisions, employee engagement, and organizational performance. As our Rewards Lead, you will manage end-to-end rewards cycles, oversee benefits administration across locations, drive policy governance, and leverage internal analytics and external benchmarking to continuously refine strategies. On top of that, you will serve as a strategic partner to People & Culture and leadership, translating complex rewards concepts into clear, actionable value for employees and stakeholders. IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL: Support in the execution of standardized rewards services/cycles in Digital Hub Cairo (e.g. offer management, Merit Increases & bonus schemes). Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs (contracts, relationships and communication with vendors, employee support and guidance). Ensure timely renewal of existing policies and develop new policies as needed to align with organizational and regulatory changes. Coordinate and contribute to annual compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry). Analyze external market data and internal compensation analytics. Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards. Lead vendor selection and negotiation for benefits providers. Monitor budgets and cost-effectiveness of rewards programs. YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: At least 5 years of experience in People & Culture. Strong understanding of rewards, benefits, payroll, policies, and reporting aspects. University degree. Fluency in English.
