Job Description: Active Directory (AD) Customer Engineer/ Architect Job Title: Customer Engineer/ Architect - Active Directory Location: Remote (Within Egypt) Permanent Role Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Customer Engineer/ Architect to provide technical support, troubleshooting, deployment, and advisory services for enterprise identity and access management environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, DNS, Identity Management, Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for Active Directory Infrastructure in enterprise environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) Domain Controllers Group Policy Objects (GPO) DNS and DHCP Authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM) Trust relationships and replication Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution for complex identity-related incidents. Support and manage Hybrid Identity environments integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Configure and troubleshoot: Azure AD Connect Password Hash Synchronization Pass-through Authentication Federation Services (ADFS) Assist customers with Active Directory migration, consolidation, and modernization projects. Provide guidance on identity security best practices and privileged access management. Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment guides. Collaborate with Microsoft, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve critical issues. Participate in on-call and escalation support rotations.
